What happens in the show?
I don’t actually really know it was just silly.
There were lots of things that happened. I can talk about like three things maybe? A puppy doing tricks… not a real puppy. He used toothbrushes.
You can write more about it than that…
I don’t know which ones to say because there were so many things that happened. There was the Mission Impossible one – I held a bit of string or rope.
What did you like most about the show?
The puppy! Cos it was cute? The robopuppy.
Was there anything you didn’t like?
Not really.
What did your grown-up think about the show?
One mime/clown and a literal box of tricks! Highly inventive, fast-paced, building to a hilarious and baffling climax assisted by periodically bemused audience members. The crowd participation was extensive but consensual. I thought I’d been brought in at one point but it turned out I’d just misunderstood holding someone’s sunglasses for them. It was one of the most embarrassing experiences of my life. I had started wearing the sunglasses, Oran told me to.
Big fan of the song choices also. I was a bit worried it might be a bit young for an eight year old but he (Oran) was outraged when I suggested that – it worked for all the ages in the room.
Would you tell your friends to go to the show?
Probably. It was fun-yyyyyy. Wasn’t he being a mime? I would describe him as being a funny guy.
